If you prefer, you can book Fulvia House through the major rental portals of which we provide direct links to our page below (remembering to enter the dates according to the minimum stay rules below, otherwise the structure will not be bookable):
Minimum stay
- We require a minimum stay of 7 nights
Discounts applied
- The prices indicated in the table below are calculated on 8 guests, for each guest less a 2% discount will be applied.
- A 25% discount is applied to bookings lasting 28 days
Term and conditions
- To confirm your reservation we ask for a deposit of 50%. The balance of the remaining 50% within 30 days of your arrival.
- The deposit can be payed by bank transfer.
- We require a damage deposit of 1000 £ which will be returned within 7 days of the checkout date
- Minimum booking notice 7 days before arrival
Cancellation Policy
- 60 days prior your arrival: 50 % deposit refunded
- Less than 60 days prior your arrival: no refund
